Remove Or Crop Unwanted Area From An Image

On many occasions you have no choice but to edit some images before you can add them to your report or presentation slides. It can be quite a tedious task to do even simple photo manipulation work if you are not so familiar with graphic or image editing tools. Instead of using sophisticated and advanced image editors, there are various photo editing tools which only serve a single function. Perhaps this could be a better option you, especially if you are non-tech savvy. These tools are user-friendly and easy to handle. One example of these image editing tools is InstantMask.
InstantMask will be useful when users need to do quick cropping on a subject selected. However, this graphic tool does not allow any undo and erase features, which is its major setback. It can be quite troublesome for users who have made some mistakes inadvertently when cropping an image. Users who want to try this graphic tool can download it via the link here

Quick Launch Programs

Many users like to use program launchers to manage and quick launch their frequently used program applications rather than go back to Windows Start Menu or the messy desktop to locate them. To launch the programs in a program launcher application, users basically need to open the program launcher itself first either by pressing a hotkey or double clicking the program icon. To make the process smoother and more efficient, MouseExtender offers users another quick alternative to call up the program launcher by clicking the middle mouse button or any defined mouse + keyboard combination.

With a single mouse click, users can wake the MouseExtender launcher for programs, files, folders and even URLS quick launch. MouseExtender allows users to drag and drop programs, files or folders and URLs shortcuts into its simple interface. Each program or file/folder will be represented by an icon. Users can add tabs to organize and group the shortcuts they have added into the program launcher. A single click to these shortcuts or icons will open or launch the programs/files/folders/Urls immediately. MouseExtender also allow users to schedule or set the timer to either shut down, sleep or hibernate their computer system when the computer is not in use.

Mouse Extender is a free Windows application which can be downloaded via the link here. Users who are keen to try this application can watch the Mouse Extender screen cast here:

Multiple OS for Mobile

Ever wonder how you can run two different OS (Operating Systems) simultaneously on smartphone devices? You may have already seen it in PC environment and guess what, VMware has plan to bring the Virtualization technology into mobile platform soon. Named as MVP (Mobile Virtualization Platform), it allows mobile users to have two OS (such as Windows Mobile and Android) running in any ARM based smartphones in short future.

The benefit is obvious, users will now able to run few ‘partitioned’ OS in different virtual machine on a single hardware platform. For instances, you can now have an enterprise grade OS with confidential files, emails and VPN while on the other hand, you can boot a separate OS with personal music, emails and data with both of them switchable with a single push of button without the need to carry multiple phones. As some may think that it could probably too heavy and consume much of the RAM space but surprisingly, the whole Mobile virtualization solution with two OS could reside in as little as 256MB of RAM space for a much efficient daily tasks.

VMware is said to have selected major carriers in both US and Europe countries to start beta testing using prototype smartphones by 2011. However, you may have to wait until 2012 before the actual end products are available for commercial market.

This is basically using to check incase if your system has infected any kind of viruses..

Ok lets start:-

1- go to start-run-command

2- write cd.. (notice the two dots) and press enter
write cd.. (again) and press enter

3- write (cd windows) and press enter

4- write (cd system32) and press enter

5- write (setup) and enter

CMD Text example

If you get that message

Then you have to switch to the control panel to install components and systems composition

Then that means your pc is clean.

The idea here is the (setup)file which is located within (system32)is shut down when your pc infected and open when your pc is not infected because most viruses shut down all system.exe extensions.

The Great Gooooogle story

Eleven years of history is not really long but the achievement recorded by Google
is a formidable feat by any standard. The success story of the Internet
giant is fascinating to many and Google has released a two-minute video via Google UK Channel highlighting Google’s milestones: from Stanford to Mountain View and around the world, featuring many different products, starting with BackRub (Search) up to Google Wave, StreetView and Chrome.

Of course the hardship and challenges faced by the company cannot be explained in detail in a two-minute video. The video merely gives a brief idea of Google’s long history of tribulation and success. But who knows? Perhaps the video clip can create inspiration for similar success stories in the future?
